Puddin’ Pittie Palace
Representing Survivor “Monsters” against irresponsible owners & advocating for adopt-a-bulls & elderbulls
Angel Puddin’ spreads the message: No dog is too old to have a loving home, and Pit bulls make great family pets. Kennel Enrichment Programs are a great way to exercise the minds and souls of dogs while they wait for their homes in the local shelter, and fostering dogs is cool!
Angel Puddin’ was rescued at age 10 in the OH200 Fighting Dog Bust. After being placed in a foster home and undergoing extensive medical care to treat years of neglect, he was adopted into a home with several other rescued pitties, kitties, chickens.
In his new home, Puddin’ began working towards his Canine Good Citizen Certification, and also began working as a Therapy Dog for a local Mental Health Agency. There he worked with people who had histories of abuse, just like he had experienced. He was a very calming and good at his job. It was if the people could tell had also suffered at the hands of others and could relate to him.
In addition to his work as a Therapy Dog, Puddin’ also worked to help rehabilitate local dogs from the shelter that were fostered in his home. His calm nature and gentle spirit helped to make the sometimes fearful dogs feel safe when they transitioned from the stressful shelter environment.
